Michelle Mathew

Mrs. Michelle Mathew grew up in a Christian home and accepted the Lord as her Savior at a young age. Mrs. Mathew volunteered at the school and worked as the administrative assistant before becoming the Human Resources Director. She graduated from Mar Ivanios College (India) with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and received a master’s degree from ICFAI Business School (India) in business administration/human resources. Mrs. Mathew has experience working as an administrator/accountant for three years and working as an HR executive for two years before starting at MCS in 2023. She has two children who attend MCS, Isaiah (3rd grade) and David (9th grade). Mrs. Mathew is excited to start in this new position for the school and use her talents for the Lord’s glory!
