TOURNAMENT FORMAT

The Tournament format is a four-person scramble with teams competing for prizes in one of two divisions. The Scarlet Division is comprised of teams who have the lower team handicap and the Gray Division is comprised of teams with the higher team handicap. Prizes will be given to the top two teams in both divisions, as well as for golfers who win the longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt competitions.

MEN 65-71 – WHITE TEES

MEN 72+ – GOLF TEES

WOMEN – SILVER TEES

EVENT SCHEDULE

8:00 AM:  REGISTRATION, DRIVING RANGE, BREAKFAST

9:30 AM:  SHOTGUN START

2:30 PM:  LUNCH

3:00 PM:  AWARDS

AFTER DINNER & AWARDS:   SHOOT-OUT COMPLETION

REGISTRATION & COST

Entries must be received by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.  In order to receive a complimentary golf polo or t-shirt you must have registered by that date. The cost for an individual golfer is $200 and $800 per foursome.  Payment should be included with the registration and must be paid prior to playing. Registration is limited to 136 golfers. For individual golfers who would like to participate but do not have a team arrangement, we will assist you in completing a team.

PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOOT-OUT

Enter the Shoot-Out for $50 and take a shot to win $500!

Participants will have the opportunity to hit their tee shot inside the circle on a Par 3 Hole (Hole TBA), landing inside the 30-foot circle will qualify you for the shoot-out. The shoot-out will occur after lunch. The person landing closest to the pin will win the $500 James Free Jewelry Gift Certificate.

PRIZES

  • For both Scarlet and Gray Divisions – 1st and 2nd place prizes will be awarded. (Winning teams for the past two years are not eligible for 1st or 2nd place prizes.)
  • Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Putt contest for both men and women.
  • Putting Contest – Each member of your team will participate in a putting contest in which the team with the most points will win a $100 Best Buy Gift Card each.
  • The 3-Hole Miller Insurance Green – Sponsored by Miller Insurance: Increase your chances of scoring a birdie on this Par 3 by adding 2 additional holes to the green for your team.
Proceeds from the MCS Foundation Golf Tournament goes to support the MCS Golf Team and the various fundraising efforts of Middletown Christian Schools on behalf of the MCS Foundation. All gifts are tax-deductible.
