Our annual Christmas Shoppe is coming right up! Our elementary students will have the opportunity to shop for their family members December 8-11! In order to make this happen, we are in need of some volunteers, click HERE if you are able to help us out that week!
On Thursday, November 13, we would like to honor any MCS family member (parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, or uncles) who is a veteran of our Armed Forces. We would love to honor them with coffee and doughnuts in the lobby of Grace Baptist Church. There will be two chapel services, Middle and High School Chapel will be at 8:00 AM and Elementary Chapel will be at 9:15 AM. Come before whichever service you will be attending for coffee and doughnuts, as early as 7:30 AM. Please enter through door 5 if you are arriving before school starts (8 AM).
If you or someone else in your family have served or are currently serving in our military and would like to attend, please register by clicking HERE to let us know so we can have an idea of how many to plan for.

Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on November 6th and 7th! There will be no school either of those days for students.
PULSE will be providing a dinner for our teachers for the November 6th Parent Teacher Conferences. It will be a taco bar! Help us bless our teachers by donating through the SignUpGenius linked HERE. You can send your items to the office with your student no later than November 5th. Thank you so much for your willingness to help and serve our teachers.
We will have a Candy Drive for our Classroom Candy Hunt at Fall Festival & Open House! The Candy Drive will take place from October 14-27. Bring in bags of candy to your homeroom teacher – the top two classes who bring in the most bags will win a pizza party!
We would like to invite you to our Fall Festival & Open House! It will take place from 3:30 – 6 PM on Saturday, November 1 at Middletown Christian Schools. There will be a Classroom Candy Hunt, petting zoo from One Hope Farm, Christian juggling show performed by David Cain, face painting and balloon animals from Cincinnati Circus Company, an athletics carnival from the MCS Athletics Department, a sneak peak of the MCS Fall Drama “The Phantom Tollbooth” and more! Come, dress up in your halloween costume and join us for some fall fun!
The event will also be the first of two Open House events for prospective MCS families. Come and see how your student can benefit from a Christ-centered education at MCS. This is a great opportunity to tour our campus, get answers to your questions and meet the great faculty and staff that help to make MCS such a special place! If you are a prospective MCS family, you can preregister for our Open House today by completing the registration form below. And be sure to check in at our Admissions Table when you arrive on campus for a free gift and more information about MCS.
We will have different food items for sale as well. Have dinner with us at MCS! There will be hotdogs, chili, sno-cones, cotton candy, popcorn, snacks, baked goods, apple cider floats, ice cream sundaes, and hot drinks. All the profits that are made from these items will go back to the MCS team or group that is selling them! Please bring cash if you can, but there will also be an option to pay with card.

We would like to invite you to join your MCS student (s) for our Pastor Appreciation Day on Thursday, October 16 2025.
The GBC Coffee Shop (located in Grace Baptist Church on the campus of MCS) will be open for you from 7:30 AM – 9:15 AM to stop by & enjoy coffee, donuts, & fellowship with other pastors. Starting at 8 AM, you will be invited to join with your Middle/High School student(s) for their weekly Chapel service at 8:06 AM in the Grace Auditorium. At 9:10 AM, you will be invited to join with your Elementary student(s) for one of their weekly Chapel services starting at 9:15 AM in the Grace Auditorium.
If you are coming to the Middle/High School Chapel we ask that you park at the rear of the church near Door 5, to avoid morning carline issues. After 8 AM you may park by the front doors of the church.

Fall Picture Retake Day is coming right up! It will take place on October 14. If you have questions about the dress code for the day, check out the graphic above.
All MCS students Grades K-12 are encouraged to invite their dad (or their grandfather, uncle, older brother, other family member, or trusted adult) to Donuts with Dad on Wednesday, October 8th, from 7:15 – 7:45 AM in the MCS Gymnasium. We will have a special time of breakfast and fellowship for our MCS students and that important person in their life.

September 11 is the National Day of Service. Our middle and high school students will be serving all day on the MCS, ELC, and GBC campuses, as well as at 5 different organizations in our community.
We will be sending students to these ministries:
For security purposes we will not be publishing online where students will be going to serve. Students will be told where they are going during homeroom during the week of 9/3 (specific date tbd). For questions about where your student will be going, ask your student or their homeroom teacher after the announcement date!

Students can wear sweatpants, jeans, joggers, or shorts along with a spirit wear t-shirt. If you would like to wear shorts, students MUST wear school issued MCS Gym shorts. Please wear clothes that could get dirty. If you are worried about ruining a spirit wear shirt, you may wear an alternative school appropriate shirt. We ask that all students wear closed toe shoes, and girls have a way to pull their hair back if needed.
If you are wanting to wear shorts for the day and do not have school issued MCS Gym Shorts, please stop by the school store and pick some up! The school store is open Monday-Friday 7:45-9 AM and after school on Wednesdays. The shorts are $12, if the cost of the shorts is an issue please reach out to Mrs. Green (kgreen@mcseagles.net).
