We are asking that you bring any non-perishable food items you would like to give into your student’s homeroom/classroom.

This is a competition going on throughout the school, and the class that wins this competition overall will win a substantial prize, as well as smaller prizes for classes that win at certain grade levels.

Our Annual Christmas Shoppe is coming right up! It will take place December 9-12. Students will have the opportunity to Christmas shop for their family members at MCS! This year we would like to partner with our families to participate in Operation Christmas Child! Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. Samaritan’s Purse collects shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for children around the world. Since 1993, more than 220 million children in more than 170 countries and territories have received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. The project delivers not only the joy of what, for many kids, is their first gift ever, but also gives them a tangible expression of God’s love.

MCS this year will be a drop off location for Operation Christmas Child. Please bring your packed shoebox gifts to the MCS main lobby between November 11-22. To learn how to put a box together click HERE!

On Friday, November 15, we would like to honor any MCS family member (parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, or uncles) who is a veteran of our Armed Forces. We would love to honor them with coffee and doughnuts in the lobby of Grace Baptist Church. There will be two chapel services, Elementary Chapel will be at 8:30 AM and Middle and High School Chapel will be at 10 AM. Come before whichever service you will be attending for coffee and doughnuts, as early as 7:45 AM. Please enter through door 5 if you are arriving before school.

If you or someone else in your family have served or are currently serving in our military and would like to attend, please register by clicking HERE to let us know so we can have an idea of how many to plan for.

And to all of our Veterans, we are very thankful to you for your service!
