Pastor,

We would like to invite you to join your MCS student(s) for our Pastor Appreciation Day on Friday, October 18, 2024.

To start off the morning there will be a Donut and Coffee Fellowship Hour (just for Pastors) at Grace Baptist Church (on the campus of MCS). If your student is in elementary school that will begin at 7:45 am. Starting at 8:30 am, you will be invited to join with your student(s) for their weekly Chapel service in the Grace Auditorium. If your student is in Middle/High School, the Pastor Coffee and Donut Fellowship Hour will begin at 9:30 am. At 10 am, you will be invited to join with your student(s) for one of their April Chapel services in the Grace Auditorium.

If you are arriving prior to 8 AM we ask that you park at the rear of the church near Door 5, to avoid morning carline issues. After that you may park by the front doors of the church.

Please click HERE to RSVP.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your MCS student and their family or you can reach out to Josh McKinney, Director of Advancement, at jmckinney@mcseagles.net or 513-423-4542, ext 1188.  We look forward to hosting you at MCS on October 18!

We can’t wait for Merge next Friday, August 23th! Merge is where the Middle School takes a day to come together and hear a message, play some games, and end the day enjoying a sweet treat together!

Each year, our high school students have attended Camp Chautauqua to begin our school year. We are excited for the opportunity to once again return to Camp Chautauqua to kick off the school year. On August 22nd, the high school (students and faculty) will be leaving at approximately 9:00 a.m. for an overnight retreat to Chautauqua Camp and Conference Center. This activity will count as attendance for the regular school day. The purpose of this retreat is to enhance the relationships of the students and faculty members, ensure a positive spiritual emphasis within our high school, and further establish a Christ-centered atmosphere and attitude that will carry throughout the school year. The cost per student is covered in your per student assessment (PSA), so there is no additional cost.  This includes 4 meals, activities, and lodging. Students will return to school by Friday at 2:45 p.m. dismissal time. Please be in prayer that this opportunity makes a big difference in the lives of our students, teachers, administrators, and the school.

These forms can be found in the document at the bottom of this page:

  • Packing list
  • Liability release form
  • Medical consent form
  • Chautauqua Individual Release Waiver

Please complete and return by Tuesday, August 20th. You may also pick up a packet at the school office from Mrs. Lykins.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Brown.  If a student works, they will need to adjust their schedule accordingly to ensure that they are in attendance for the entire retreat.

We look forward to serving the students, parents, and community of MCS.
