Dean of Academics

Dustin Brown

Mr. Dustin Brown is the Dean of Academics at MCS. He grew up attending church regularly with his aunt and uncle. He learned about the gospel of Christ in middle school when he joined his church’s Bible Bowl quick recall team. It wasn’t until high school that he accepted Christ as his Savior. His desire is that each student develops a passion for the Lord and finds His will for their life. He graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education. He also has a master’s degree in education from Wright State. Mr. Brown has been teaching middle school math for the past five years; prior to that, he served as a student ministries pastor for seven years. He is also a former bowling coach and avid bowler. He has nine official 300 (perfect) games! Mr. Brown and his wife are from the Dayton area and have two children, an incoming 7th grader and a 5th grader. We are excited for him as he provides guidance and direction to our students and parents as they prepare for life after MCS.
