Michelle Mathew

Mrs. Michelle Mathew grew up in a Christian home and accepted the Lord as her Savior at a young age. Mrs. Mathew volunteered at the school and worked as the administrative assistant before becoming the Human Resources Director. She graduated from Mar Ivanios College (India) with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and received a master’s degree from ICFAI Business School (India) in business administration/human resources. Mrs. Mathew has experience working as an administrator/accountant for three years and working as an HR executive for two years before starting at MCS in 2023. She has two children who attend MCS.
